The objective of any technique of grain processing is to break open the outer hull and/or seed coat so that you can expose the interior from the kernel to bacterial fermentation. However, optimum processing isn't generally quick to attain. If grain is under-processed, digestibility is fewer than optimal, although more than-processed grain can have
